Robert E. Criner is committed to Sharing A Vision with youth/students. For over twenty years he has been involved with working and teaching goal setting skills to young people on some level. Robert has worked with organizations such as The Boys and Girls Club, The Just Say No to Drugs Club, Teen Court Counseling, the YMCA, and the Big Brothers program. He speaks and does training for various schools throughout the USA.

Principal Bob Densmore of Terrell High School in Terrell, Texas writes, "Mr. Criner's program was inspiring and uplifting... our students enjoyed the goal setting and how it can impact their future. His message is well worth the hearing."

What youth will gain from Robert E. Criner's "Sharing A Vision" experience:
  • Positive Self-Esteem: Increased self-confidence and self-worth.

  • Personal and Social Responsibility: Recognize how their words, attitudes and actions impact others, resist negative peer pressure.

  • Overcome Obstacles: Deal EFFECTIVELY with stress and anxiety.

  • Establish Goals: Develop a sense of purpose for their lives and set specific short-term, mid-range and long term goals.

In a letter of appreciation, April Chou, a student at the North Texas Leadership Seminar, writes, “The positive reinforcement was both educational and inspirational. Good luck for continued success in motivating others.”
